What we collect
- Account details: username, email, first and last name, password (stored encrypted).
- Location: city, state, country and ZIP. City, state and country are public; ZIP is private and used only for distance search.
- Profile details you choose to add: role, play style, Discord handle, bio.
- Game listings you post, including the venue address.
- Dice roll history if you’re logged in.
What’s public
Your crawler number, crawler name, city, state, country, role, play style, bio, Discord handle (if you add it) and your game listings. Your email, ZIP and full last name are never shown.
Who we share with
When you request a seat, the GM receives your crawler name and email so they can reply. Addresses are sent to OpenStreetMap to place games on the map. Discord posts from the dice roller go only to webhooks you add yourself, which are stored in your own browser.
